Jose was exceptional in his professionalism and customer service. I brought my wedding ring in for diamond replacement and cleaning and they went above and beyond in perfecting my jewelry and complimentary ring cleaning. Highly professional shop where I took in my Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon timepiece to have links adjusted. I was assisted by Barbie whose customer service was superb and knowledgeable. José was an incredible tour guide. He had wonderful fun jokes at each tank. The collection of fish, sharks, and eels was incredible. Very kid friendly and fun and you can't beat the gift shop! This was a memorable highlight of our Florida vacation.

I went into Diamonds by Raymond Lee for the first time today and was assisted by Kristina Hoffmann who turned out to be an excellent resource. From start to finish Kristina presented herself in a professional way and was knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of my visit. I was impressed with the way she listened to me in order to discover what I was looking for in a watch and after a second visit later the same day helped me find the right Rolex watch. I found the store to be very well done, the aquariums to be a nice unexpected touch which I could see being very helpful to parents with young restless children and the presentation of jewelry and watches to be excellent. I have been in many jewelry stores over the years and am often turned off by pushy sales people who do not listen well. Kristina is an asset to the company and I highly recommend her to anyone walking in trying to make a decision about a watch or piece or jewelry.
